Delete your LeaseBOSS account

You can delete your LeaseBOSS account and its data yourself, from inside the app, at any time. You don't need to email anyone or wait on us.

Delete it in the app

1. Open LeaseBOSS and sign in.
2. Tap More in the bottom bar.
3. Tap Account.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm when the app asks. The deletion runs immediately and you're signed out.

If you own a lease that still has other members, the app will stop and ask you to hand it over first: More → Members → Manage → Make owner. That's so deleting your account never wipes out a camp that other people are still using. Once you're no longer the sole owner of a lease with members in it, delete your account as above.

If you can't get into the app

Email hello@leaseboss.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm it's you, delete the account, and write back when it's done — normally within a few days, and always within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile — your name and email address.
• Your sign-in credentials. The account no longer exists and the email can't be used to sign back in.
• Your camp chat messages, and any photos you posted with them.
• Your stand reservations and check-ins.
• Your dues balance and payment history.
• Your push notification token, so your phone stops receiving anything from us.
• Any lease you own by yourself, along with everything in it — its stands, tasks, rules, documents, harvest log and uploaded photos.

This is a permanent deletion, not a deactivation. We can't restore an account after it's deleted.

What stays, and why

• Records that belong to a lease you were a member of — harvest entries, work tasks and dues records you created — stay with that lease, with your name removed from them. They're the lease's own records, and the lease and its other members carry on. They are no longer linked to you or to any account.
• Ordinary backups and server logs held by our hosting providers roll off on their normal schedule, within 30 days. We don't read them or use them for anything after deletion.

We keep nothing else. We don't sell your information, we don't share it with advertisers, and we never use it to build a profile of you — before or after deletion.

Deleting some of your data without deleting your account

You can delete your own camp chat messages at any time — press and hold a message and choose Delete. You can leave a lease, or ask your manager to remove you, without deleting your account: More → Members. Your dues and harvest history stay with that lease.
