LeaseBOSS is made by Qalrix Group, LLC in East Texas. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and how to get rid of it. If anything here isn't clear, email hello@leaseboss.app.
Your lease's information is visible to the members of that lease, and to nobody else. That rule is enforced by the database itself, not just the app screens. Dues balances are visible only to you and your lease's managers.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We never use it to build a profile of you.
Data is stored on Supabase servers in the United States. Sign-in emails are sent through Resend. Notifications go through Expo and, on Android phones, Google's notification service. These companies process your information only to provide those services.
Open More → Delete account in the app. That permanently removes your profile, your messages and any lease you own by yourself. If you own a lease that still has other members, hand ownership to someone else first, so their lease isn't deleted along with your account.
Harvest entries, tasks and dues records you created stay with the lease, since they're part of the lease's own records, with your name removed.
LeaseBOSS is for adults who run and hunt leases. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. Kids hunting on your lease belong in your harvest log as part of the record, not as app accounts.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app before it takes effect.
