LeaseBOSS is operated by Qalrix Group, LLC. By using the app you agree to what's below. It's written plainly on purpose.
You need a working email address, and you're responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person.
What your lease puts in the app belongs to your lease. We store it and show it to your members. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.
Every lease starts with a free 30-day trial. After that, the lease's owner subscribes for the whole camp; members never pay. Plans are billed once a year through the App Store or Google Play and renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime in your phone's store settings; the plan runs to the end of the year you paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
LeaseBOSS is a record-keeping and communication tool. It is not a safety device and it doesn't replace telling somebody where you'll be. Check-ins depend on phone signal and on members using the app. Game laws, tags, licenses, landowner agreements and safe conduct in the field are entirely up to you and your lease. Nothing in the app is legal advice.
Don't use LeaseBOSS to break the law, harass people, or post another person's private information. We can suspend accounts that do.
We work to keep the app running, but it's provided as is, without warranties. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the past twelve months.
If these terms change materially, we'll let you know in the app before the change takes effect.
